Shipping Policy

At Gator Suds, all orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your package has been scanned in by the post office.

Please note: processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you so much for supporting Gator Suds! Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at gatorsuds41@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Your email must include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the damage
• Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. If the product is determined not to be damaged, a replacement or refund will not be issued.

In some cases, we may offer a store gift card instead.

Please note:
“Damaged product” refers to cracks or malfunctions of the tube, wand, or container. It does not include air bubbles (which are normal when the wand is removed) or slight color differences. Because our products are handmade, small variations are expected and part of what makes them special.

Risk of Loss & Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Gator Suds is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered and are not eligible for refunds.

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance coverage up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you may file a claim directly with USPS:

International Orders

By placing an international order with Gator Suds, you acknowledge that import taxes or customs fees may be required upon delivery. We are not responsible for refused packages, customs delays, or packages lost overseas. International shipping times may take one month or longer, and international orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk unless additional insurance is purchased.

Handmade Product Variations

All Gator Suds products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and fill level may occur. Lip glosses and body care products may vary slightly from batch to batch, and air bubbles in gloss tubes are normal—especially with certain formulas.

We do our best to display accurate product colors, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings and the handmade nature of our products. Color accuracy is not guaranteed.
